During our first Customer Day, many AlisQI customers expressed their interest in webinars. To help them find answers to their questions and challenges about quality, as well as to share best practices and communicate updates, we’re launching the AlisQI Product Update Webinars.
In episode 1 of this series, AlisQI Co-founder and CPO, Gerben de Haan, delivered a webinar presentation about our product’s latest features, including a hands-on demonstration and insight into our future product development roadmap. In this post, we’ll be summarizing some key takeaways from the webinar, which you can view in full here.
In the webinar, Gerben goes into great depth to illustrate a demo scenario including the new features and highlighting how these help AlisQI customers work more efficiently. His examples include:
With these new features and others that are in the works, the product development focus remains self-service configuration, flexibility, accessibility, ease of implementation, and ease of use.
In H1 of 2023, we’ve taken a huge step forward in launching and updating no-code capabilities. While we delivered a lot, we communicated very little.
Based on our customers’ feedback and takeaways from the Customer Day in March, we developed the whatsnew.alisqi.com public news feed and an in-app widget that customers can subscribe to learn about the changes we’re doing in the product. Additionally, customers can get insights into the product roadmap, vote for the features that they need prioritized, submit and suggest new features requests.
We’ve put together these webinars to increase the interaction with users and help them get the best out of AlisQI. Your feedback helps us tremendously to ensure that we’re on the right track, collaborate efficiently and to continue to create as much value as we can within the platform.
If this webinar proved useful and you’re keen to learn about all our recent product updates, keep an eye on whatsnew.alisqi.com and register for upcoming episodes. If you have any questions, or recommendations, or want to share what you’d like to see more of, please let us know.
We’re excited to build a community and grow in quality management together!
