Wednesday, March 27th we welcomed the AlisQI community to a new Customer Day. We enjoyed insightful presentations from two of our customers, encouraged everyone to voice their opinions in an interactive workshop and shared what’s next for our product roadmap.
We thank you, our audience, for bringing a lot of enthusiasm and challenging our speakers with interesting questions. It was great to finish the day with a delightful beer tasting session, in which we shared thoughts and impressions, and formed new connections networking.
We also thank our speakers, who shared their experiences, discussed challenges and solutions as well as their use of AlisQI.
Speakers:
Hans Zijlstra, Manager Quality and Technology at Farm Dairy, who talked about the transformation from a Quality department to a Culture of Quality, in which data and information play a key role. The talk also highlighted how becoming more mature in information management was a key factor in making this transformation successful.
Malcolm McLean, QA/QC Manager at edilon)(sedra, who introduced edilon)(sedra products, and explained how business has evolved using Tolling manufacturers to fulfill their production commitments. The talk also highlighted their use of AlisQI in managing business data and how software has helped automate time-consuming process checks.
Otto de Graaf, CEO at AlisQI, who gave a short introduction and company update highlighting the importance of Quality Management. Otto also moderated an engaging session on Supplier Management.
Gerben de Haan, CPO / co-founder at AlisQI, who talked about the importance of measuring the Total Cost of Quality, introducing attendees to the AlisQI dashboard designed for this task. For more information join our webinar Gerben also shared future ambitions and the AlisQI roadmap.
Nils Nugteren, Sales Vice President AlisQI, who gave a presentation about Culture of Quality and how to incorporate and drive this in an organization.
