The challenge: managing fragmented quality data

As Eurofast expanded to operations in 25 countries, the complexity of managing quality processes across multiple production sites grew significantly. Data was scattered across multiple departments throughout the company, making it time-consuming to locate and manage critical information. Adding to the difficulty, the company relied on outdated software that wasn’t designed for quality management. “The previous software we used wasn’t tailored to QC or QMS,” says Michał Kowalski. “It was rigid and couldn’t adapt to our needs, making audits and daily tasks inefficient.” 

It became clear that Eurofast needed a centralized system to streamline processes and ensure consistency and quality across its growing international operations. To address these challenges, Eurofast partnered with AlisQI to implement a flexible, centralized Quality Management System (QMS).
